Welworth City Puja Committee Trust is run entirely by residents of Provident Welworth City, a registered Non-Profit Public Charitable Trust (Regn No: BNQ(V) YLNK/165, 2015 to 2016) with a structured committee spanning leadership, finance, operations, and culture. Every role you see below, from the President to the Financial Advisors, is held by a resident who has taken personal accountability for a part of this celebration and the community work behind it.
This structure exists for a reason: dedicated leadership roles, a treasury with defined checks, and an advisory layer that oversees the Trust’s decisions. Our finances are maintained transparently and audited every year, so every rupee contributed, whether from a resident’s membership or a sponsor’s partnership, is accounted for and put to work as intended.
For our sponsors and partners, that means your contribution isn’t going into an informal effort, it’s going to a committee with clear ownership, financial accountability, and twelve years of consistent delivery behind it.
