Dear Residents,

As the divine spirit of Navaratri and Dussehra graces our community once again, it fills me with immense joy to welcome you all to the Dussehra Grand Celebrations at Provident Welworth City. This festival, rooted in the triumph of good over evil, reminds us of the power of courage, unity, and righteousness.

Over the nine nights of Navaratri, we invoke the strength of Goddess Durga in her many forms—each a beacon of resilience, wisdom, and grace. And on Dussehra, we celebrate the victory of light over darkness, of dharma over adharma—a timeless message that resonates deeply within our vibrant community.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Pandit, Mr. Samidh, Mr. Soumen, and the entire PWC Puja Committee for their tireless efforts and unwavering dedication. Your commitment has brought this celebration to life with grandeur and grace. A special thanks to Ms. Sudheshna and team, whose creative brilliance continues to shine through the annual festive magazine—an artistic treasure we look forward to every year.

May the blessings of Maa Durga be bestowed upon all our board members and their families, guiding us with strength, wisdom, and harmony in all our endeavors.

To mark this occasion, here is a humble poetic tribute to the spirit of Navaratri and Dussehra.

Nine Nights of Light

Nine nights of rhythm, of lamps aglow,
Of Durga’s might in every flow.
From Shailaputri’s grace to Siddhatri’s calm,
Each form a blessing, each chant a balm.

We dance in joy, we pray in peace,
As evil fades and virtues increase.
Ravana falls, the skies rejoice,
Truth prevails with a thunderous voice.

So let us gather, hearts aligned,
In festive spirit, joy entwined.
Welworth shines in colors bright,
Together we rise, in love and light.

On behalf of PWCAOA, I invite each of you to participate wholeheartedly, celebrate responsibly, and carry forward the spirit of Dussehra in all that we do.
Wishing you and your families a joyful, safe, and blessed Dussehra.
